What are the delivery times for my purchase?
CHRISTMAS 2019 - last UK orders on December 19th for delivery by Christmas (Royal Mail Signed for service)
Standard delivery: 10 working days or less from us to you. PLEASE NOTE DELIVERY WILL REQUIRE A SIGNATURE. If the parcel is returned unsigned you may have to pay for redelivery. Look out for the postcard from your postman if you think you have missed your delivery as your tracking number will be on it. All you need to do is rearrange delivery with your post office - it is all explained on the postcard.
Please note that this is a craft item produced in small batches. In the event of high demand a new run and re-firing will be needed. This will mean a delay of 2-3 weeks. You will be notified at the time of ordering whether stocks are low and whether a delay in delivery is to be expected. We shall do everything we can to ensure a steady supply to meet demand.
How is my order packed?
All orders are sent out in up-cycled packaging. With over 1000 orders sent we have never had a breakage. Included with each weeping willow and union plate is a 'postcard' describing many of the features referring to the early days after the 2016 EU membership referendum and the early challenges to negotiations to be found on the plate. If you need more than one postcard per order please let us know at the time of purchase. This information is all available on the website on our ABOUT page
If you've changed your mind about your purchase, please return it in its original condition with proof of purchase within 35 days of receiving your order and we'll exchange or refund it.
It can take up to 14 days from your returning the item/s to receiving your refund. This refund will be made once the order is returned. The refund will be made to the person who originally placed and paid for the order.
Every care is taken to deliver your Brexit Ware to you intact. If there is an accidental breakage during shipping, please email a photo of the breakage/s and we shall replace the item/s.
